Before you sign up
Can I use my address with Outlook or a phone mail app?+
Yes. Any program that supports standard POP3/SMTP will work — Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, or your phone's built-in mail app. We send server settings with your login details.
What happens if I change ISP or move town?+
Nothing happens to your address. It isn't issued by an ISP, so switching providers or relocating within Papua New Guinea has no effect on your mailbox.
How much diskspace do I get?+
Each mailbox comes with ample diskspace for regular use. If you expect to store very large volumes of mail, mention it in the sign-up form and we'll advise on the right plan.
Can I get more than one mailbox — for staff or family?+
Yes, bulk mailboxes are available. Select the option in the sign-up form and we'll send a quote based on how many you need.
